Qualifications Have a "growth mindset" - see challenges as an opportunity for growth in hospitality, retail, or other relevant industry Eager to learn and improve on existing skills Self starter, detail oriented & juggle multiple tasks at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to problem-solve and be solutions-oriented Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills Understanding of basic computer software Professional customer service demeanor Highly responsive to customer needs Ability to create and maintain customer relationships Ability to be a positive productive team member Ability to coordinate multiple schedules to complete all tasks on time This role requires strong physical abilities in order to successfully accomplish the following: lift/move heavy boxes in the 20+ pound range, stand and walk continuously/for long periods of time Responsibilities: The position is responsible for servicing new and existing business clients The person entering this position will also cross train in other areas of shop operations and small equipment and will be expected to occasionally assist other department bottlenecks Answering the phone Proactively seek to help business & commercial clients with all their branded apparel, and promotional product needs Occasional deliveries to business & commercial clients (using business vehicle) Estimating Email outreach Invoicing Working closely in a team-oriented environment Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Working as the liaison between the customer and production.
