Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in design and sales to assist clients in transforming their bathrooms. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored design solutions that enhance their environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, remodeling, and lighting design, along with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts. This is an inside sales position so driving to and from appointments will be a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on remodeling options, lighting design, and product selections.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new sales opportunities.
• Doing quick inspections of bathroom including measurements and using simple inspection tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or outside sales, preferably within the home improvement or remodeling industry.
• Strong knowledge of remodeling processes and lighting design principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
