In this leadership role, you will take charge of the sales department, guiding the hiring, training, and development of our talented sales representatives. Sales Manager Job Responsibilities * Maximize sales opportunities from all sources, especially out-of-state clients. * Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance, conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals. * Conduct positive daily sales meetings. * Oversee all day-to-day activities. * Ability to accurately appraise vehicles using vAuto. * Ensure Sales Department goals are reached, and store processes are followed. * Effective 'desking' of sales transactions. * Maintain our world-class customer service to clients. Sales Manager Qualifications * 5+ years of automotive sales experience. * 3+ years of sales management experience, F&I experience will be considered as well. * In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, especially high-end operations. * Strong leadership and management skills. * Working knowledge of CDK, vAuto, and Drive Centric is preferred. Sales Manager Compensation * This is a commission-based position, however, there will be a 90-day guarantee while training. * Business casual working environment. * 5-day schedule. * We offer low-cost Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401 (k) with Match.
