If you're looking to make a significant impact in a thriving company, this is your chance! About the Role: You will be responsible for growing and maintaining our OEM Sales Channel. As our Business Development Specialist, your primary objective will be to boost our sales through strategic partnerships and robust relationships. Your deep industry knowledge, combined with your sales acumen, will be critical as you navigate the precision rifle market, attend shows, and liaise with potential clients and partners. Responsibilities: * Manage/grow/own our OEM Sales Channel pipeline, ultimately responsible for setting targets and delivering results. * Identify and seize new business opportunities in the precision rifle market. * Forge and nurture successful partnerships, ensuring sustained growth and sales. * Attend industry shows, representing MDT Sporting Goods with utmost professionalism. * Collaborate closely with our executive team to align on business strategies. * Maintain a deep understanding of our product line to effectively communicate its value and benefits to potential clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in the firearms accessories industry, especially the precision rifle market. * Stellar negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Ability to travel frequently, attending industry events and client meetings. * Passionate about driving sales and achieving growth targets. * Must be based in the United States.
