Marketing Duties: * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the agency's services, increase visibility, and attract new clients/caregivers. * Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and healthcare professionals. * Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions. * Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, tailored to target audiences. * Track and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement. In-Home Assessment and Sales Duties: * Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients and families, providing clear and compassionate guidance on available services. * Schedule and conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' care needs, preferences, and environment. * Develop customized care plans in collaboration with clients and families. * Clearly communicate pricing, service options, and care benefits to prospective clients, addressing questions and concerns. * Close sales by securing service agreements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process with Seniors Helping Seniors Kansas City Metro South Administrators for new clients. * Other Duties as assigned.
