Currently, we are seeking an entry level Account Manager. Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy Entry-Level Account Manager. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Business with strong technical acumen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer engagement, and technology, with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Account Management: Develop relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and drive expansion opportunities. * New Business Development: Identify and engage prospective customers to grow CalAmp's footprint. * Technical Understanding: Learn and communicate CalAmp's solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction and value realization. * Sales Process Management: Assist in the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to support customer needs. *Presentation & Demo *- Deliverin presentations, product demonstrations, and technical explanations to customers. * Project Management - Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines efficiently. Qualifications: Must Have - Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Business with strong technical proficiency. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. * Interest in sales and customer engagement, with a drive to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. * Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business value. * Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-paced technology-driven company. * Travel as needed. Good to Have - Qualifications & Skills: * Knowledge in Telematics Solutions, Technologies, and market information. * Knowledge in IoT solutions, Technologies, and market information. * Technical Sales Experience - Any prior experience in sales, customer success, or account management within a technology-driven environment. * CRM Proficiency - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
