Salary: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off * Responsibilities* * Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention. * Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers. * Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages and life insurance. * Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems. * Ethical conduct at all times. Requirements * Current property & casualty insurance license required. * Team player in a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion. * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Detailed, organized with great time management skills.
