What You 'll Be Responsible For: As a Keyholder, your primary responsibility is to drive sales through an exceptional customer experience. This role is all about leading by example , which means your focus will be 100% on the sales floor through styling, engaging, and creating meaningful connections with our customers. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, so flexibility in your schedule for all day shifts is a must! Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail or customer service experience
