1-800 Radiator & AC in Pawtucket RI is hiring a full-time Call Sales Representative to join the team. A typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and up to 2 Saturdays per month from 8am-12pm. About the position The CSR (Call Sales Representative) is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing accurate and competitive quotes on automotive parts, and selling and coordinating delivery of parts. The CSR will also participate in outbound call campaigns, batching of customer payments, and past due collection efforts. This position has some flexibility to work remotely at the direction of the department manager.
