Job Duties * Making a high number of potential new client phone calls to warm (opt-in) leads * Directs the initial engagement by providing appropriate resources and help based on the client's needs, geographic location and other qualifying criteria * Communicating with director and support staff about the facts of each potential case * Sending and receiving intake documents * These are legally sensitive files, so attention to detail, background check and professionalism is mandatory.
