Job Description We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrow. * Excellent Training & Support * Base Pay + Commission Salary: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Evenings Off Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training * Responsibilities* * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. * Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. * Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. * Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. * Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. * Provideexceptional customer service. * Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. * Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. * Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Requirements * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Create relationships from a cold start. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. * Confident, self-starter who works well independently. * Great Customer Service Skills. * Property & Casualty insurance license is required. * Strong work ethic and leadership skills. * Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
