This is a B2B outside sales role covering the Reading, Lancaster, and Harrisburg areas Estimated Total Annual Earnings: $120,000 - $150,000 This salary range is an estimate of total yearly earnings, which may include base salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation. Actual earnings will depend on various factors such as experience, skills, and performance. Our Digital Workplace Specialist is responsible for driving net new sales, supporting the promotion of WatchKeep's services, and focusing on enhancing the digital workplace experience for our customers. You will play a crucial role in advocating and selling WatchKeep's comprehensive suite of services, including cyber security, backup and recovery, cloud transformation, unified communications, and collaboration, with managed IT services as the backbone. What Will You Be Doing? * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote WatchKeep's digital workplace services. * Work closely with the marketing and services teams to create collateral and sales materials. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. * Prepare and present compelling proposals that address customer pain points and articulate the value of WatchKeep's services. * Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and closures. * Use market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry changes. * Serve as a technical advisor, offering insights and recommendations to clients based on their requirements and goals. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required: * BA or BS degree or related job experience * 2-5 years of B2B sales, preferable in Managed IT or Cloud Services Skills: * Demonstrated ability to prospect net new customers and closing of sales. * Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner and / or decision maker with a consultative approach * Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-driven focus - be a self-starter, self-motivator, and deal with rejection. * Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate excellent time management skills. * Preferred experience selling Managed IT Services or other related technology services. * Ability to lift, push, pull 30 pounds * Must maintain a valid driver's license About Us - Why Us: WatchKeep is a growing and successful Technology Services Company that has been serving small to medium businesses and non-profits in the Eastern PA area since 2006.
