We are New and Used car dealership in the Palestine and are currently seeking to hire an Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities * Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team * Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement * Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting * Report on team and individual performance to GM * Develop and execute innovative sales strategies * Build and form new partnerships with potential clients * Train sales consultants Qualifications: * Dealership Management experience * Experience as a supervisor or manager * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Familiarity with Ford/OEM operations * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to build rapport with clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Palestine, TX 75801 (Required) Work Location: In person
