Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative & Dispatcher to join our team. This role requires a proactive communicator who can engage prospective clients, schedule service appointments, and efficiently coordinate dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing company services and securing appointments. * Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service technicians to ensure efficient workflow. * Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, pricing, and inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment scheduling. * Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve customer engagement. Qualifications * We strongly encourage candidates with experience using Service Titan , as proficiency with the platform is essential for efficiently managing dispatch, scheduling, and customer interactions. * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. * Previous experience in outbound sales, dispatch, or customer service is a plus. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. * Familiarity with plumbing and heating services (preferred but not required). * Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM tools is a bonus.
