The person selected for this position will be responsible for the complete sales and operations of their branch located in Reno, NV. Daily Responsibilities Include: * Plan and direct branch activities to successfully meet goals and objectives. * Create and manage productive sales pipeline. * Build business relationships with prospective and active customers. * Network with local business leaders and decision makers. * Meet or exceed scheduled sales goals. * Participate in daily branch operations. * Perform job site safety evaluations. * Perform daily morning dispatch. * Interview and hire top talent for branch full time positions. * Respond effectively to customer issues.
