Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. - Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to assess customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions. - Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project cycle. - Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. - Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. - Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
