Overview

: We are seeking an enthusiastic Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the roofing industry. You will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. - Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to assess customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions. - Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project cycle. - Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. - Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. - Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
