Join Our Team as a Sales Business Development Center Representative! We're seeking a Sales BDC Representative to join our dynamic team! We offer a competitive compensation package that includes hourly pay plus commission and bonuses. As a high-volume dealer, you'll have plenty of potential customers to connect with! In this role, you'll be responsible for setting appointments and following up on leads from various sources, including the internet, phone, and in-person visits to the dealership. Exceptional customer service, organization, and follow-through are essential. Key Responsibilities

:

• Maintain relationships with previous customers
• Monitor and reach out to internet and phone leads
• Identify customers' vehicle needs through active listening
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer inquiries
• Update customer information in our software system
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or contact
• Conduct post-sale follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

:

• Automotive experience preferred
• VinSolutions experience is required
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience; BDC/internet automotive experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Basic computer proficiency
• Verifiable work history
