Key Responsibilities for AT&T Sales Crew Member: * Drive sales by effectively negotiating and following up with customers, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment. * Proactively reach out to both new and existing customers to promote AT&T's products and services, generating sales opportunities. * Initiate direct communication with current and potential customers, representing AT&T's offerings. * Educate customers on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions. * Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services tailored to customers' needs. * Stay informed on new AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and answer their questions. * Provide personalized recommendations based on your knowledge of AT&T's offerings and each customer's specific needs. Qualifications & Preferred Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous sales experience, especially in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail or hospitality), is a plus, but not required. * Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. * Positive, enthusiastic attitude toward sales and customer service.
