Full description of the position
Description: The Sales Coordinator's primary responsibility is to increase quality revenue, gain customers, and leverage the existing base from a sales perspective for Propane, Heating Oil and Distillates for Lake Region Energy. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts to ensure volume and gross margin targets are met.

Responsibilities
:
- Identify sales opportunities and sell complex offerings or bundle multiple offerings
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track sales leads to achieve our target
- Focus on Liquid/Gallon Sales
- Act as first point of contact for new customers that activate or receive the first order
- Monitor activated accounts to ensure volume and gross margin is fully realized as committed to on the opportunity
- Collaborate with GM and Sales dept transition new customers to the account management team
- Communicate internally with management to ensure great customer experience Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts
- Knowledge of trends and regulations in the oil and gas industry
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members
- Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new sales with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets
- Must be able to travel to other locations and maintain a clean driving record

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or customer service experience Supervisory
