Job Summary Could you use a few extra deals per month? We are an out-of-state wholesale Investment Company with a Brokerage in IL seeking Tampa or Orlando area Broker Owners or Independent Brokers with MLS access for easy and minimal time requirements. We need you to evaluate and/or list our properties! The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a strong understanding of the market trends. You will be responsible for evaluating and/or listing properties, facilitating property transactions and ensuring smooth negotiations & closings. Duties Include: -List properties on the MLS - Assist clients in buying & selling - Make seller offers - Field incoming buyer offers and negotiate contracts - Conduct market research to determine property value & competitive selling prices. -Coordinate property viewings - Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations - Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is presented - Collaborate with other real estate professionals to close deals efficiently Experience: - Proven experience in real estate administrative tasks, specifically market analysis. - Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction - Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively - Multilingual capabilities are a plus - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in negotiating deals to achieve favorable outcomes For the veteran Broker, this is a light duty, minimal time requirement position with a significant income potential.
