Key Responsibilities : * Sell Insurance Policies : Engage with clients to provide insurance solutions across various carriers. * Manage Leads : Focus on closing deals as we provide the leads for you--no cold calling. * Client Service : Provide excellent customer support, ensuring clients receive top-notch service throughout the sales process. Who We 're Looking For: * 1+ years of prior sales experience is a plus * Highly motivated and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. * A team player, ready to learn and grow within the company. * Adesire to succeed and a willingness to work towards your Property & Casualty license.
