Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service, and assisting our sales representatives in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and organizational, along with punctuality and attention to detail. Duties * Assist the sales team with daily operations, including processing orders and managing customer inquiries. * Utilize our proprietary system to track orders, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records of activities. * Support outside sales representatives by fielding phone calls and emails regarding customer orders * Conduct research on ongoing orders to identify issues to be fixed and more orders forward. * Provide administrative support to the sales management team, ensuring smooth communication between departments. Qualifications * Familiarity with Microsoft products and Google Drive as well as basic CRM. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Email etiquette.
