Full description of the position

Local manufacturing company seeking to fill a customer service/inside sales position. Candidate should possess strong communication skills, have the ability to multitask and be extremely detail oriented. Proficient experience in Word and Excel is required.

Duties

will include but not exclusive to the following: Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients Provide customer additional information or explain services Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required Accurately capture customer information Create and maintain all related documentation and reporting Handle invoicing of customers Expedite and assist with purchasing and receiving Update and maintain existing customer data base Position has an excellent salary and benefit package including company paid health care as well as paid vacation, holidays and profit sharing Job Type: Full-time
