Customer Service/Inside Sales Company: Allstate Insurance - Local Agent in Austin TX Job Description This is a $78,000 (or more!) total compensation opportunity, including base salary plus monthly bonuses. As an Insurance Service Professional, you will service our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply customer service skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
