Position Overview As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... * $50,000 - $60,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $65,000 - $85,000/yr * Base is determined by interview and background * Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) * Medical * 3% Matching 401(K) * Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no weekends required * Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the agency Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Responsibilities * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. * Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Requirements * Ability to commute to our office in Reading, PA * Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License - Required * 2+ years of active insurance sales and/or customer service experience - Preferred * Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs * Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening * People-oriented * Detail oriented * Proactive in problem solving * Able to learn computer functions * Ability to work in a team environment If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
