Overview

: As our PATIENT RELATIONS & SKINCARE SALES ASSOCIATE, you will be:

• Delivering outstanding first impressions by welcoming clients with a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Promoting spa services and skincare products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Managing the front desk: answering phone calls, booking appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
• Handling payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Keeping the reception area clean and presentable
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.)
• Collaborating with the spa team to create a seamless guest experience

What You Bring

to the Role:

• Previous experience as a front desk associate, spa receptionist, or sales associate
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments -- esthetician background is a major plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• CRM or POS system experience and general PC proficiency
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
