This position is the stepping stone to becoming a Vacation Sales Licensed Broker with Wyndham Destinations, Travel + Leisure Co.! Job Responsibilities * Conduct in-person sales presentations to guests (1:1) that are pre-scheduled and pre-qualified by our award-winning marketing team * Find commonality and build rapport with guests staying at the resort * Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations as a VIP owner * Tailor each sales presentation to meet the customers vacation style needs * Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques * Upsell current product to VIP levels of sale * Show and tour the Presidential Model Unit at our beautiful resort (when applicable) * Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings * Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends * All leads are provided and prequalified by Wyndham's award-winning on-site marketing team!
