As we continue to grow through wholesale partnerships, we are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales & Social Media Representative. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented Sales & Social Media Representative to support our wholesale business and build meaningful digital connections. This hybrid role bridges B2B sales and social media, helping us deepen relationships with retail buyers and end customers alike. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B fashion sales and/or marketing and an intuitive grasp of Instagram & Social Media Channels to communicate our brand story effectively. Candidate will work closely under Director of Sales & Marketing, and our in-house and external marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales (Wholesale Focus): * Represent Current Air at domestic trade shows and showroom appointments (travel and weekend availability required) * Maintain and grow relationships with retail buyers, boutiques, and major accounts * Assist in order writing, follow-up, and sales support * Track and meet sales goals and contribute to overall growth strategies * Provide customer service and support for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and issues promptly * Stay informed on fashion trends and competitive brands Social Media (Instagram Focus): * Create engaging content that resonates with both buyers and end customers * Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with sales, PR, marketing and brand goals * Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions to maintain brand engagement * Collaborate with the creative and sales team to ensure cohesive messaging * Use analytics to optimize content and identify audience trends Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion sales (contemporary or women's apparel B2B preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media coordination or management * Strong understanding of Instagram and content creation best practices * Social, enthusiastic, and confident in professional interactions * Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills * Flexible and adaptable -- ready to wear multiple hats in a growing company * Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset * Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed for trade shows * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Must travel for domestic shows * Valid to work in U.S. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Professional development assistance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Overtime pay * Yearly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Los Angeles, CA 90023 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Los Angeles, CA 90023: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
