As one of the top real estate teams in the Midwest, we are needing to expand to handle the added business. TO BE CLEAR: We are only looking for the ROCK STARS who are hungry, humble and smart! We are a technologically savvy team that consistently thinks outside the box and we are committed to bringing the best service to everyone one of our clients! If you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads and the coaching that will take you to making 58,377 to $280,957+ per year. Our team members get to do what they love most (helping families, selling homes and making money), and less of what they don't like (time-consuming paperwork, processing and coordinating). We have s dedicated marketing department, ISA department and admin department to handle your transaction paperwork from contract to close. This gives you the edge you need and the leverage you want into order to discover incredible success in real estate! Qualifications * Be available for a full-time work schedule, preferably. If part-time is where you need to start, we're open to a conversation. * Be learning and accountability based. This is the key to success! * Self-motivated, people-oriented, positive attitude, and highly competitive personality. Responsibilities * Follow up with new and existing Home Buyers and Home Sellers through lead generation and from appointments set for you by our team of ISA's. * Consult with qualified buyers, show homes that meet their needs, negotiate contracts on their behalf and provide world class customer service throughout the entire process. * Host and participate in open houses and various networking events and activities. * Collaborate with our dedicated Transaction Coordinators limiting your time chasing paperwork! * Embrace teamwork and accountability. * Manage time efficiently to provide high level performance.
