We are looking for a Sales Professional who will assist the Management team with delivery of outstanding customer service and experience at our Liberty, Missouri location. The Sales Professional is a critical component of the daily operations of the Carwash. Duties/Responsibilities: * Responsible for driving daily operational sales and promotions. * Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments. * Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay. * Understands McBee's Coffee N Carwash pricing, wash packages details, and membership benefits. Able to communicate information to customers effectively. * Responsible for tracking and meeting sales metrics. * Maintains sales growth through retention-based sales strategies. * Delivers monthly sales performance recaps/evaluations to the leadership team. * Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes service and seating areas. * Follows cleaning and general routine maintenance of car wash tunnel and equipment and property. * Keeps vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied. * Assist customers with orders, membership enrollments, and payments. * Perform other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities: * Ability to work independently or with a team. * Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. * Ability to follow all safety procedures for carwash and food handling. * Proficient in providing fast and accurate service to customers. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. * Move safely over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; able to work inside or outside and in all weather conditions. * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education and Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent preferred. * 6 months of customer service experience preferred. * Previous car wash or food industry experience a plus. * Must successfully complete training in food preparation and food service skills.
