Now Hiring - Lot Attendant/Reconditioning Assistant Full-Time | Vista Auto Sales | Vista, CA Join Our Growing Team! Vista Auto Sales is looking for a reliable and hardworking Lot Attendant/Reconditioning Assitant to support our dealership operations. Position: Lot Attendant/Reconditioning Assistant Location: Vista Auto Sales - Vista, California Pay: Will be discussed upon interview and based upon experience Schedule: Full-Time Job Summary: As a Lot Attendant/Reconiditioning Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping our lot organized, vehicles clean, and ready for sale. You will assist with vehicle inspections, inventory organization, and general dealership tasks. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect vehicles from auctions and private sales Use basic mechanical knowledge to identify vehicle issues during inspection Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot and in storage Assist with cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles for sale Keep the lot clean, organized, and presentable Support the dealership team with various tasks as needed What We're Looking For: - Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles - Must have previously worked at a dealership - Valid driver's license & good driving record - Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Must be 21 years or older Why Work With Us?
