As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Inside Sales Agent to support our lead generation efforts, schedule appointments, and help drive new business opportunities. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote work and occasional in-person meetings with our team. You will be working directly with and will report to our Operations Manager, Fiona Van Zandt. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to prospective buyers and sellers * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our agents * Manage and update the CRM database with detailed notes and follow-up activities * Build rapport with potential clients to nurture long-term relationships * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets * Collaborate closely with team members to support business growth Requirements: * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally * Highly organized with attention to detail * Self-motivated and goal-driven * Prior sales, customer service, or real estate experience * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Work Environment: * Hybrid (remote with occasional in-office meetings/events in San Diego, CA) * Flexible scheduling options within business hours Compensation: * Hourly Pay: $17.25/hour * Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for scheduled appointments and successful closings (commission structure to be provided) Please email your resume to [please apply online].
