Overview DreamTek Custom Pools is a small business that builds, maintains, and repairs custom swimming pools. We are looking for someone that has the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks and be able to work at a high pace. As an Inside Sales Representative with DreamTek Custom Pools, you will focus your attention on serving and selling to our clients. The main objective of this position is to service customers and grow sales both within existing customer base and outside of existing customer base by calling on existing customers as well as calling non-existing customers to set up meetings for our sales teams. Swimming pool repair sales will be a heavy focus. You will quote each repair job to our clients, call the client for approval and then follow through with scheduling the repair with one of our field repair technician. Beyond sales you will also be responsible for customer service related items by fielding inbound phone calls, handling upset customers and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for a portion of quickbooks entries to help maintain the books. This role will be: 60% sales 20-30% customer service resolution (answer calls, putting out fires) 10-15% quickbooks entry and helping manage the books The role will be required to be at our magnolia office in person 8-5. Responsibilities * Answer all calls in real-time, with a goal of no calls to voice mail. * Be a CLOSER with a high sign-up rate! * Coordinate with field staff in a support role. * Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership * Supports administrative duties in support of the OWNER * Manages various weekly reports * Support in managing weekly/monthly billing for 600+ pool clients * Manage Collections of all billing * Manages weekly schedules and reporting * Supports administrative duties for various departments * Assisting the owner with various organizational tasks (vehicle insurance, employee ID's unexpired, registration etc.) * Support in managing Quickbooks * Coordinate and schedule approve repairs from homeowners * Handle customer service issues and coordinate technciians to locations to address those issues. * Permit filing * New Construction coordination * Accounts Receivable * Sales to existing customer base Skills & Experience * 3+ Years in inside sales, advanced phone sales or another applicable sales field. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Outstanding computer skills * Must be able to navigate multiple applications and monitors at all times * Typing 50+ WPM * Quickbooks experience is required * Must be able to work at a fast pace and multi-task * Strong organizational skills.
