Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. * Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. * Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management. * Utilize retail math skills to assist in pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively. * Upsell additional products to enhance customer purchases and increase store sales. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Skills * Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling techniques. * Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing and inventory management. * Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
