Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. Responsibilities * Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services. * Provide excellent client services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. * Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions. * Accurately process transactions, including cash handling and managing customer accounts. * Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions using computerized systems. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery. * Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English. * Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping. * Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls. * Experience with outbound calling is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
