Apex Roofing and Restoration is looking for driven Storm Damage Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Tampa. This is a field-based role where you'll be connecting with homeowners, assessing storm damage, and helping them get their roof projects started. If you're motivated, confident, and ready to earn big, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Visit neighborhoods affected by recent storms and connect with homeowners * Educate homeowners on the storm damage found on their roof * Set appointments, run estimates, and close deals * Track your sales and hit monthly performance goals * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Qualifications: * Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required) * Strong communication and closing skills * Self-motivated, dependable, and performance-driven * Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people Compensation: * Commission pay with bonuses * First-year earning potential: $75,000-$125,000+ * Paid training provided * Clear path to advancement for top performers Note: This is a field position -- you'll be working in storm-affected neighborhoods every day.
