Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with vehicle purchases from several power sports manufacturers
• Creating lifelong customers - through service - value and support
• Training on the latest strategies
• Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is a plus but not absolutely required
• A familiarity with powersports including but not limited to Arctic Cat and Polaris
• A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory
• A willingness to cold-call customers and to develop leads
• Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
