An ideal candidate would have 3+ years of direct sales, with proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities: * Complete the required training program * Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products * Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM * Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events * Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the roofing industry * Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory Qualifications: * Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle * CRM experience preferred * Proven track record of sales is preferred. 3-5yrs would be ideal Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid training Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kansas City, MO 64111
