Pay is $17.50 per hour with raise opportunities every 6 months! Potential bonus based on a percentage of increased sales over last year! Love Scrubs Medical Uniforms in San Marcos, CA (San Diego county) is seeking someone to join our tight knit team that can perform the following: -Work with detailed computer programs and POS systems, -Memorize style numbers, fabric content, fit and function of all products, -Have a passion for helping customers, -Have a warm, engaging and positive attitude. -Ability to work in a team environment Requirements: Are available to work 5-8 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week Available most weekdays and have full availability from 10am-7pm Saturday and Sunday. Be over 18 or high school graduate to be able to work 5 hour shifts on weekdays. Have open availability to work during our busiest times: the first two weeks of May and the month of August. Key Responsibilities: * Build relationships, assist and sell to customers * Memorize style numbers, fit, fabric, function of all products * Recover sales floor * Ship customer orders * Process inventory * Restock sales floor * Organize and rearrange merchandise * Support housekeeping standards, clean back room, bathroom and sales floor * Price changes Our work environment includes: * Possible bonus based on percentage of increased sales over previous year * Snacks provided * On-the-job training * Growth opportunities * 401K * Professional customers Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.50 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Application Question(s): * How many hours per week are you looking to work? * How long will your availability stay the same?
