Job Overview We are a leading provider of comprehensive safety and security solutions designed for many types of locations. This includes schools, hospitals, government facilities, and corporate environments. We are looking to expand our sales team with a dedicated and experienced institutional salesperson who will help us drive growth and establish strong relationships within the institutional market. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations. * Utilize in house software systems efficiently for reporting. * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and follow-ups. * Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities * Some travel * Occasional participation in trade shows * Requirements * Proven experience in institutional sales * Strong communication and written skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Bachelor's Degree * Bilingual skills are a plus * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * In office position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $99,192.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift Experience: * proven institutional sales: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Franklin Park, IL 60131 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Franklin Park, IL 60131: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
