Sales Specialist / Originations Specialist - *Healthcare Experience Essential (Senior Living / Senior Housing / Independent Living) $100,000 - $120,000 + Commission (earnings potential to double base salary) Chicago, IL $200,000 + OTE Compass Associates are excited to collaborate with a highly respected real estate lender specializing in asset management and capital solutions for healthcare and commercial properties throughout the US. My Client are seeking to hire a Sales Specialist / Originations Specialist to proactively source, identify, develop and secure new financing opportunities specifically within the Healthcare sector, including; Senior Living, Senior Housing and Skilled Nursing environments. Responsibilities will include; * Actively engaging in industry events to build and strengthen new client relationships * Effectively managing prospecting activities / evaluating new lead opportunities * Negotiating deal terms with potential clients and brokers * Origination and execution of lending opportunities * Nurturing ongoing relationships with potential borrowers, debt brokers, and other stakeholders involved in transactions Candidate Profile: We are seeking a passionate, driven and results orientated Sales Specialist / Originations Specialist with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a senior living / senior care setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven and evidenced track record of success, be a self-motivated and approach their work with tenacity. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Sales / Deal Origination or Sales Management Healthcare specific / Healthcare vendor specific experience Proven and evidenced success in a Sales focused role Creative marketing and sales strategies to identify, generate and secure new financing opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time Location: My Client has offices throughout the US including; Chicago, New York and Miami Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive base salary of $100,000 - $120,000, with the potential to earn $200,000+ OTE through commissions and bonuses.
