As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. * Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and replenishing items as needed. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability. * Communicate product features and benefits to customers to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience. * Uphold store standards by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. * Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
