We are beginning the next phase of our organization, with a focus on growth. We are hiring individuals with a desire to build a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Talk to clients and carriers via email, phone and chat.
• Negotiate shipping rates with carriers - communicate those rates to customers.
• Provide customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all shipments are tracked and traced regularly and accurately.
• Manage daily shipping schedules.
• Generate new business leads and follow up on client referrals.

Requirements

• Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Exercise extreme professionalism through adversity.
• Work well under time constraints and deadlines.
• Time management / Organization / Digital Hygiene
• Must be able to work 06:30-15:30 Monday through Friday. We are a Nevada founded business. We have clients operating in all 50 States along with Canada and Mexico.
