Capitalize on untapped potential as a sales representative for the best software solution in the market Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software- as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and the competitive landscape * Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to address potential customer needs and pain points * Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets * Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, building long-term relationships for retention and renewals * Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify customer needs and trends, and provide feedback for product and service enhancements * Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new business opportunities * Assist the Customer Success Management team in ensuring a smooth transition from sales pipeline to onboarding and operations * Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system Requirements * Proven sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred * Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot preferred * Willingness to travel as needed If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and technology, and are excited about the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.
