Prior Knowledge
Requirements
:
- Commercial service projects and repair quotes i.e. Chillers, boilers, VAV, air handlers, water source heat pumps, Cooling Towers, packaged units and splits
- Service contract sales
- DDC controls sales a plus
Requirements
:
- Competitive, Money and Goal Motivated
- Drug free and pass a drug screening
- Clean driving record
- Experience with reading and pricing from mechanical drawings
- Strong knowledge of the local Building and Mechanical Codes
- Excellent communication skills
- 5-10 years local experience
