About the Role

: We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and help drive informed decision-making. In this full- time role, you'll work directly with the Head of Sales to manage all current and potential customer-related data, ensure timely communications, and assure the accuracy of critical information. Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist in the organization, analysis, and reporting of sales and customer data.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage lead tracking, data entry, and performance analysis.
• Provide proposal generation support for qualified leads.
• Manage workflow correspondence and follow-up with qualified prospects.
• Gather and maintain customer and lead information, including:
• Frequency of lead contact
• Customer organizational structure (as defined by sales leadership)
• Probability of customers changing vendors
• Business size and industry segment
• Urgency of customer needs
• Contact information for key decision-makers
• Help prepare regular sales reports and internal presentations for the Head of Sales.

Qualifications

:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a related role.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a strong advantage.
• Must have experience with CRM systems, including data entry, sales tracking, and tool utilization.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
