Established company in San Juan Capistrano looking for 2 new phone sales reps in house M-F 8am-5pm Average of $10K+ per month (Daily/Weekly Team and Individual Spiffs) Our Company We are a B2B service provider in a niche market. The Position A Business Funding Advisor has one job, and that is to demonstrate the value of our program to potential clients. If you are great on the phone, and passionate about helping small businesses, we look forward to hearing from you. This is a high volume phone sales position; if you do not like being on the phone, this is not the position for you. You must be able to relate to small business owners, understand their needs and effectively communicate how our company will help them. Responsibilities * Review a small business owner's financial situation & how our company is a benefit to them * Perform outbound calls to potential clients (100-200 calls/day) * Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets on a weekly/monthly basis * Maintain pipeline and properly manage lead flow (requires computer skills) * Email & text but primarily phone correspondence - live conversations are the point Qualifications * 2+ years sales experience required (outside / inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) * MUST be able to reliably commute to San Juan Capistrano M-F * Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas * Excellent interpersonal skills - effectively relating to small business owners is a must! * Understanding some basics of business finance is a plus * Organizational skills * Self-motivated, not needing micro management * Experience with or ability to QUICKLY learn computer functions As a Team Member, you will receive * Paid Training * Generous comp plan * Daily/Weekly, individual and team spiffs/bonuses * Warm/Hot leads who have all been exposed to our marketing materials and filled out their information to be contacted regarding our services Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Weekly bonus Application Question(s): * What is the best sales book you have read and why? * Please give a reason as to why you believe you would be a outstanding as a phone sales representative.
