Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales DESK MANAGER to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must have knowledge of Prime and Sub Prime banks policys and approval process. Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales floor. * Submit customer for approvals when required * Collect bank Stipulations at time of delivery * Knoweldge of California DMV What We 're Looking For: * Proven experience in automotive sales management. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Knowledge of used car sales processes and financing. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * A passion for the automotive industry and delivering top-notch customer service. * Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. * Ensure all deals are submitted accurately and efficiently. * Work closely with customers to provide an exceptional buying experience. * Manage inventory and ensure vehicle pricing is competitive. * Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely deal closures and financing options. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, from initial contact through post-sale follow-ups.
