Franklin Ford of Franklin, Massachusetts is looking for a General Sales Manager. We have a management team in place that needs a strong leader, capable of managing a store and driving sales staff to produce results. Franklin Ford is part of a family owned group that has been around for 70 years and has the customers and staff to show for it! Previous Ford experience is a plus but is not necessary to apply. Qualifications * Proven track record of success in New Vehicle Automotive Dealerships * Commercial vehicle knowledge is a plus but not necessary * Ability and knowledge to order vehicles through Fords ordering catalog * Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships * Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team * Knowledge of CDK and CRM systems (Elead Preferred) * Ability to drive New car sales production with Sales staff and Management team * Knowledge and ability to appraise used cars and manage used vehicle inventory * Track record of meeting or exceeding New Vehicle CSI scores * Ability to work with other department heads when needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Monthly bonus Ability to Commute: * Franklin, MA 02038 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Franklin, MA 02038: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
